About Wingman Honey
Small hives. Honest honey. Jackson, Georgia.
Wingman Honey is a small-batch apiary run out of Jackson, GA, in the heart of Butts County. We keep a small number of hives on our own property, tend them by hand, and harvest when the honey is ready. What goes into the jar is exactly what came out of the hive — raw, unfiltered, and delicious.
We produce varietal and wildflower honey, small-batch infusions, and propolis. Availability shifts with the seasons.

From hive to jar
We harvest by hand, extract without heat, and bottle on-site. The honey is never blended with outside product or processed to the point of stripping its natural character. What you’re getting is a seasonal, single-source product from hives we tend ourselves.

Meet the beekeeper
Chris Pilgrim is a retired veteran of the United States Marine now living in Jackson, Georgia, where he put down roots and picked up a new kind of mission.
Beekeeping came by way of family and a passion for quality and ethical care of all animals. His uncle passed on the basics, and the hives have been growing ever since.
Today Chris tends a small but expanding apiary on his property in Butts County, producing honey, infusions, and propolis under the Wingman Honey name. He also runs Wingman Drones, a drone photography and video operation serving clients across Georgia.
The name “Wingman” means something to him. Your wingman is the person who stays in formation, watches your back, and doesn’t cut corners. That’s the standard he brings to the bees and all his work.
